Retrieve the PackageServicePricePlan that is available for the specified Account and AccountProductCode.

Returns the package service price plan that is available for the specified account and account product code at the supplied effective date.

Effective date and time used to determine which package service price plan is available. Defaults to the current UTC date and time when omitted.
